You acknowledge that, unless otherwise specified, if lodging is included it is based on double occupancy. Single occupancy is offered where possible. Do you want single occupancy if available?

Cancellation/Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE SERVICES ARE STARTED.
If fees paid are elegible for refund per the tour details page, the following apply:

- In the event that PARTICIPANTS must CANCEL their Photo Adventure reservations 90+ days prior to the Photo Adventure start date they will receive a 100% refund minus a $200 administrative/credit card processing fee, unless otherwise noted on Photo Adventure webpage.

- Cancellations 89-31 days prior to the Photo Adventure start date will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of the Photo Adventure, unless otherwise noted.

- Cancellations 30 or less days prior to the Photo Adventure start date will receive NO refund unless a replacement is found to fill the spot. A. Bender Photography LLC will refund the Photo Adventure price minus an administrative/credit card processing fee of $200 if a replacement is found.

- Photo Adventure spots can be reassigned and/or gifted to other individuals. Registration name changes/substitutions do not incur an administrative fee.

- ALL REQUESTS (CANCELATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS) MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA E-MAIL TO BENDER@ABENDERPHOTOGRAPHY.COM .

- In the event that A. BENDER PHOTOGRAPHY LLC must CANCEL, a full refund of Photo Adventure fees will be returned. No additional compensation will be issued. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Photo Adventure fees only cover specifically listed inclusions such as guiding and instruction services, on location transportation, lodging, and activity fees where required. If the item is not listed, participants can assume it is NOT included in the Photo Adventure price. Please inquire if you have any questions or need clarification for a specific Photo Adventure.
Participants understand that these Photo Adventures are based around natural elements that Alyce Bender of A. Bender Photography LLC, and any heirs, relatives, business associates, and others working to coordinate these events have no control over. Best efforts will be made to ensure fulfillment of outlined photographic subjects and activities for each Photo Adventure. Weather conditions, wildlife sightings, wildflower blooms, and fall colors cannot be guaranteed.
In the event of extraordinary events, governmental instability, extreme weather, pandemics, or other conditions, Alyce Bender of A. Bender Photography LLC reserves the right to cancel the Photo Adventure and shall return all unused Photo Adventure fees to participants in these cases.

Release of Liability: By purchasing a Photo Adventure you agree to hold Alyce Bender, A. Bender Photography LLC and any heirs, relatives, business associates, and others harmless from any liability for any personal injury, death, loss of valuables and safety risks, or any other malady that may strike due to your involvement in this Photo Adventure. You agree that you are aware of the risks adventure travel presents and that you are taking these risks upon yourself. You agree to be fully financially independent should disaster strike and that Alyce Bender of A. Bender Photography LLC may ask and verify that you have trip insurance, covering both medical and travel.
Although most of the Photo Adventures are designed for people of average fitness, be aware that all the Photo Adventures will be taking place outdoors and will require a certain amount of walking over uneven ground. It is the Participant's duty to ensure they are capable of the level of physical activity for the Photo Adventure that they plan to attend. If you have any questions about the activity level of a certain Photo Adventure, please inquire BEFORE signing up for the Photo Adventure.
Alyce Bender of A. Bender Photography LLC reserves the right to ask participants to limit their participation in the field if deemed necessary for their own or others' safety.
Participants are not vetted before the journey. You understand the risks involved with any social interaction and Alyce Bender of A. Bender Photography LLC will do what they can to aid and assist with issues that may arise, you agree to hold Alyce Bender / A. Bender Photography LLC and any associates harmless due to any interpersonal interactions with fellow participants and/or anyone we encounter along the way. If you are unwilling to agree to any of these terms listed here, please do not sign up for the Photo Adventure.
Alyce Bender of A. Bender Photography LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate the Photo Adventure, without refund, for any Participant that shows hostility, threatens, offends, or otherwise adversely affects others during the Photo Adventure. Verbal or physical misconduct WILL NOT be tolerated.
It is the participants’ responsibility to meet at the predetermined location by a specific time for the start of the Photo Adventure. If for any reason the Participant is delayed, they will be responsible for catching up with the group. It is unfair to delay the entire group. We do suggest arriving in the area of our Photo Adventure locations the day before the start date to help avoid such issues. A detailed data sheet is available for each Photo Adventure that includes start time and location.
A. Bender Photography LLC reserves the right to modify, add, and/or subtract anything from the Photo Adventure itinerary as necessary and without warning.
